What is the difference with midas Civil?
Integrate with other software through API functionality
Integrating with other software makes enhancement of working process from engineer end. For better experience, MIDAS opened API functionality in midas Civil NX which is new software for bridge design. Now, engineers can develop their own script in Python, VBA (Excel), and other tools which has API function.
MIDAS also developed by ourselves using API which called "MIDAS Plugin". It can be updated lively based on web service and add whenever user want through our marketplace in the software. Today, we would like to share how user can approach that feature in the software and use it.

API Functionality itself, MIDAS opened not only for pre-processing part, also post-processing together. It gives users freedom to link with other software. Mostly it can be integrated with Excel for extracting result about analysis.
One more thing, it also can be updated lively which means users don't have to do multiple copy & paste work about project revision and analysis.

Hisham Mohiuddin
Hisham Mohiuddin is a dynamic Structural Engineer with over six years of experience in the analysis, modeling, and design of complex structures, including extradosed and cable-stayed bridges, viaducts, superstructures, and substructures. He holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and an MBA, combining technical expertise with strategic business insight.
As a key member of the Customer Success Team, Hisham leads business development initiatives, manages strategic accounts, and oversees client training programs. His role bridges the gap between engineering solutions and business needs, providing clients across the United States with strategies to optimize their structural designs.
With a strong foundation in structural engineering and business, Hisham supports clients through practical solutions and effective training, helping them maximize the value of the technologies and methodologies he provides.
